Terms of Service

1. The Platform

The Company operates an online marketplace that facilitates short-term, event-day parking reservations between individuals offering private parking spaces (“Hosts”) and individuals seeking parking (“Guests”).

The Company is not a parking operator, property owner, broker, landlord, or agent.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws

3. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity conducted through your account. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

4. Marketplace Role & Disclaimer

• The Company does not control listed parking spaces
• The Company does not guarantee availability, access, or suitability
• All bookings are agreements directly between Host and Guest

The Company is not responsible for property conditions, Guest or Host conduct, HOA enforcement, or municipal penalties.

5. Bookings & Payments

All payments must occur on-platform. Off-platform payments are prohibited. Pricing, fees, and cancellation policies are disclosed before booking. The Company may collect service fees for facilitating transactions.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Customers may cancel a reservation and receive a refund according to the following schedule based on notice given before the event start time:

• 48+ hours noticeFull refund
• 24 hours notice50% refund
• Less than 24 hours noticeNo refund

The Company reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its discretion in exceptional circumstances.

7. User Conduct

Users may not:

• Provide false information
• Violate laws or HOA rules
• Interfere with platform operations
• Harass or threaten others
• Attempt to bypass fees

8. Insurance & Risk Disclosure

Any insurance or protection described on the Platform applies only during confirmed reservations, is subject to policy terms, limits, and exclusions, and does not replace personal insurance.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of income or opportunity, or property damage beyond applicable coverage. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid to the Company in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or HOA rule.

12. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

14. Modifications

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Parking Limitations

Parking duration and arrival windows are limited as follows:

• Sporting events: Guests have a baseline parking duration of three (3) hours from the event start time.
• Pick-up window: Guests have a thirty (30)-minute window to pick up their vehicle after the parking duration expires.
• Overtime fees: If the vehicle is not picked up within the thirty (30)-minute pick-up window, the Guest will be charged two dollars ($2) per minute until the vehicle is retrieved.
• Drop-off window: Guests have a thirty (30)-minute drop-off window prior to the event start time. Vehicles may not be parked sooner than thirty (30) minutes before the event start time.
• Concert events: Guests have a baseline parking limitation of four (4) hours (not including the thirty (30)-minute drop-off and pick-up windows).
